Agrova (AGROVA) is a company specialised in producing and marketing certified wheat seed, headquartered in Qamishli – Al-Hasakah, Syria. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through our website and app, why, and how we handle it.
When you install and open the Agrova app, it generates a random, anonymous installation identifier (not linked to your name, phone number or any account) and sends it to our server together with the device model, Android version, app language and app version.
To deliver instant notifications the app uses Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging service, which creates a device-specific notification token.
The app does not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any content from your device, and it does not require an account.
Contact form: what you enter voluntarily (name, phone number, region, variety of interest, message) is stored so we can reply to your request.
Visit statistics: we record anonymous visit data (page, language, device and browser type) without storing your real IP address, using an anonymous identifier that changes daily.
To send app users notifications about varieties, availability and news in their language.
To know how many devices are active and to improve the app and website.
To answer the enquiries and requests you send through the contact form.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes. Data is processed only by the service providers needed to run the service: Google Firebase (notification delivery) and our hosting provider. The contact page embeds a Google Maps map, and when you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or phone you are taken to those apps under their own policies.
All data transfer between the app or browser and our servers uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and data is stored on a protected server accessible only to company management.
The device record is kept while the app is installed and in use. Uninstalling the app stops all data collection immediately, and you can also turn off notifications in your device settings.
You can request deletion of any data about you (device data or contact form messages) by contacting us through the “Contact us” page or WhatsApp; we will delete it within 30 days.
The website and app are intended for adult growers and traders, are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from them.
We may update this policy when needed; the new date is published at the top of the page. Continuing to use the website or app after an update means you accept the updated version.
